Mikhaela works as the Program Manager for Media and Communications of IDEALS in the Philippines.  She co-creates media solutions with crisis-affected communities to ensure that people are engaged, informed, and empowered to claim their rights. As a development communicator, she specializes in human rights, PCVE and peacebuilding, and crisis and humanitarian communications.
