I take a feminist, anti-racist approach to wellbeing- recognising that institutional & systemic change is needed to address staff care and mental health in the non-profit / humanitarian sector. I'm available to help non-profits / change-making organisations develop tools and strategies for more inclusive environments; cultivating a culture of care and compassion.
