Dustin is a John Monash Scholar undertaking a PhD in Development Studies at the University of Cambridge, where he is examining dynamics between international institutions and civil society in Cambodia and Myanmar. He has worked in the aid sector for more than a decade in Asia and Africa with national and international organisations, across the humanitarian, peace and development sectors.
