Max Baiden is a Humanitarian Innovation and Collaboration Advisor at Save the Children UK. Max brings systems thinking approaches to complex social problems through his work in humanitarian policy and with networks and startups. Max is a workstream lead for the Collaborative Cash Delivery (CCD) Network and spent 3 months setting up the Network in Ethiopia. He has also provided strategic and operational support to Elrha and the Start Network. Prior to working for Save the Children UK, Max worked as Project Manager at Development Alternatives Incorporated (DAI), managing large contracts on behalf of the UK Government, focusing on innovative research in the climate and humanitarian sectors.
