Frequently Asked Questions - General 
Do I need to register?
Yes - you do need to register to gain access to the content of this event.

Where can I register?
Please visit our registration portal by clicking here. Tickets start at $45AUD

I have registered - when will I receive my log-in access?
You will receive your Welcome email from mailer@delegateconnect.co within 48 hours of registering. From Tuesday 27 April onwards this should come through within in a few hours.

What time zone is the event in?
The times on the platform are shown in your local time zone.

What content will be available after the conference?
The conference platform will remain live after the conference for 12 months. A recording of most sessions will be available within 12 hours for on-demand viewing.

Some sessions have limited spaces (eg: Learning Labs) - can I pre-book?
Unfortunately no, the platform does not allow for pre-booking of seats to Learning Labs. Attendees will be given access to the room and once the limits are met, the room will be closed.

When will I have access to content, and when will I be able to see other participants?
On 28 April the platform will become live - so you will be able to see the main stage, view the on-demand content and connect with other participants on the platform.

How do I connect with other participants?
The chat function is open now and the option to create video meetings will open on conference days. You will be able to message and meet with other participants - so don't forget to update your profile with your image and your social media tags and other relevant information. Remember to switch your profile over to "public" so that others can see your profile.

Will other participants be able to see my profile?
Only if you switch your profile to public - otherwise other delegates will only be able to see your name and organisation.

All program participants will be sent the details to their inbox this week. This will be recorded in case you are unable to attend.
